Dashboard Access Control

We understand that our partners have a variety of collaborators using their Branch dashboards every day, and managing who has access to sensitive data and configuration settings is important. To that end, we have built improved dashboard user roles to help our partners implement more granular access control policies. With these new settings, you can now prevent users with insufficient access levels from making changes to live campaigns or accessing sensitive data.

GDPR-Compliant SDKs

Over the next few days, we will be releasing updated versions of our mobile SDKs. These will allow you to tell Branch to stop capturing and sending data from users who have expressed their right not to be tracked. Deep linking will continue to work, but will occur without passing any identifiable information about the user. You can find Branch's GDPR commitment on our GDPR page. Stay tuned for more GDPR news from Branch in the next few weeks.

Shareable Analytics Reports

Have you configured a perfect report on the Branch dashboard, and then wanted to share it with a colleague? Now you can! Use the new Share icon on most dashboard reports to generate a link, which you can send to anyone with access to your Branch app.

Additional Banner Targeting Events

It is now possible to conditionally trigger Journeys based on even more events, including Add To Cart, Purchase, Search, Share, and more. See the full list of supported event filters here.

Default WeChat Fallback URLs

Branch has long offered link-level fallback URLs for WeChat, and now you can configure an  app-wide default. To set it up, head to your Link Settings page and look under Advanced Redirects.
