If you’ve forgotten your password to access your Branch dashboard, don’t worry – resetting is easy! To do so, follow the below steps. If your network is using a Single Sign-On (SSO) service, stop here. You will need to contact your network admin and have them work with you on resetting.
On the reset screen, input the email address associated with your Branch account and select the 'Continue' button
- Give it 30 - 60 seconds and check the email associated with your account. Make sure you check your spam folder as well! Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password
